The website collects a strict minimum of personal data. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended, the following information sets out how data is processed.
Data collected
- Contact form: name, email address, content of the message, collected only when voluntarily submitted.
- Register (newsletter) subscription: name, email address, collected only upon voluntary subscription.
Purposes
- To reply to messages received through the contact form.
- To send release announcements and atlas leaves to those who have subscribed to the register.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent of the person concerned (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), given freely, in an informed and unambiguous manner, through submission of the form or subscription to the register.
Retention period
- Contact messages: kept 3 years from the last exchange.
- Newsletter subscriptions: kept for as long as the person remains subscribed; deleted within 30 days following unsubscription.
Recipients
Data is accessible to the author alone. It may transit through the technical service providers necessary to the operation of the website (host, email-sending service — e.g. Brevo, Mailchimp, Formspree), bound by the same obligations of confidentiality.
No data is sold, rented, or transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you hold the following rights regarding your data at any time:
